We’re expanding our team and actively hiring experienced and compassionate nurses to provide personalized, in-home care to pediatric clients across Westchester. About the Role As a Pediatric RN, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care in the home setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being for children with complex medical needs. You’ll collaborate closely with families to deliver care that is both clinically sound and emotionally supportive.
Requirements
- Active RN license in New York State (required)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and empathy
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Must be able to commute to assigned home care cases in Westchester
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but strong interest and willingness to learn are welcome
- BLS and PALS certifications (preferred)
- Familiarity with pediatric home care technology is a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care to pediatric clients
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and manage medical equipment (e.g., G-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators)
- Identify changes in condition and respond appropriately
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and caregivers
- Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Support families through education and empowerment
