About The Position

Advanced Pediatric Associates is looking for a part-time Pediatric Receptionist to join their team. This role is the first point of contact for patients and their families, playing an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and enjoy working with children and families.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service role (face-to-face interaction preferred)
• Ideally, some experience in a medical setting (6 months or more)
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families with a warm and professional attitude
• Gather and update patient information
• Process co-payments
• Verify insurance eligibility
• Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients and families
• Support the daily operations of a busy pediatric practice
