About The Position

This position oversees Pediatric Pulmonology, Pediatric and Adult Cystic Fibrosis Program, and Healthy Kids U. The RN Manager will split time between the Washington and Peoria campuses and provide operational support for satellite clinic locations as needed. Travel may be required to support clinic operations across service locations. The RN Manager provides leadership across multiple multidisciplinary programs serving pediatric and adult patient populations, partnering with specialty providers, nursing teams, respiratory therapy, dietitians, and other support services to ensure coordinated, high-quality care delivery. Pediatric Pulmonology cares for medically complex patients, including ventilator- and tracheostomy-dependent children, and participates in several multidisciplinary programs, including the Down Syndrome Clinic and Pediatric Aerodigestive Program. The Pediatric and Adult Cystic Fibrosis program spans both pediatric and adult populations and requires coordination of longitudinal care aligned with national standards. Healthy Kids U provides multidisciplinary weight management services focused on improving long-term health outcomes. The RN Manager also provides direct clinical support during staffing vacancies to ensure continuity of patient care and operational excellence. POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager of Hospital Clinics and Services is responsible for communicating, implementing and monitoring the operational and strategic objectives of the hospital outpatient assigned site(s). When applicable, working as a leadership dyad with the Lead Clinician of the assigned site(s). Through strong working relationships with physicians and administrative leaders, ensures the provision of quality care delivery and standardized efficient operations in the assigned site(s). Serves as a visionary leader and role model of the OSF Leader Core Competencies. Positively support the OSF vision and Key Results. Lead the process of change within the assigned site(s). Supports a culture of continuous improvement and conveys the need for change to Team Members, so they are able to see the vision and reason for change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Nursing
  • RN-Registered Nurse
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business or allied health professions.
  • 3 years experience in a clinical environment
  • Active participation in medical group management and/or leadership education is desirable.
