About The Position
At the Medical College of Wisconsin, innovation meets compassion. In this role, you’ll conduct and score psychological assessments, providing crucial insights for treatment planning — at our newest clinic site, the Ashwaubenon Clinic-Children’s Wisconsin in Green Bay, WI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience administering standardized tests, with experience working with pediatric patients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a focus on empathy and compassion, and a commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated and eager to contribute to improving pediatric health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer psychological and neuropsychological tests to assess patients’ cognitive, behavioral, and social functioning.
- Prepare for patient visits by ensuring the assessment environment is welcoming and organized.
- Guide and support patients and their families from arrival to departure.
- Create a supportive testing environment while adhering to strict guidelines.
- Score tests with precision and accurately document findings.
- Record detailed behavioral observations to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical behavior.
