About The Position

At the Medical College of Wisconsin, innovation meets compassion. We’re searching for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional passionate about working with children. In this role, you’ll conduct and score psychological assessments, providing crucial insights for treatment planning — at our newest clinic site, the Ashwaubenon Clinic-Children’s Wisconsin in Green Bay, WI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience administering standardized tests, with experience working with pediatric patients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a focus on empathy and compassion, and a commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated and eager to contribute to improving pediatric health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Administer psychological and neuropsychological tests to assess patients’ cognitive, behavioral, and social functioning.
  • Prepare for patient visits by ensuring the assessment environment is welcoming and organized.
  • Guide and support patients and their families from arrival to departure.
  • Create a supportive testing environment while adhering to strict guidelines.
  • Score tests with precision and accurately document findings.
  • Record detailed behavioral observations to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical behavior.
