Requirements
- Active Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or home care experience is a plus, but not required. We hire for heart and train for skill.
- No pediatric or home care experience? You’re welcome here. We provide: Hands-on training, Shadowing with experienced PDN nurses, Ongoing 24/7 clinical support. You’ll feel confident before managing your own case.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home
- Care for pediatric & young adult clients (infant to mid-20s)
- Manage complex medical needs, including: Tracheostomy care, Ventilator support, G-tubes / feeding tubes, Medication administration
- Monitor patient condition and respond confidently to changes
- Educate and support families with compassion
- Collaborate with the clinical team to follow individualized care plan.
