Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Part-time
About The Position
Therapitas is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring Spanish-speaking children have equal access to quality therapy services. We are seeking a part-time Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Oklahoma City. This role offers flexible scheduling within our Monday-Friday clinic hours and is ideal for someone looking for a position that complements their life. While the ability to speak Spanish is beneficial, it is not required as interpreter support is provided. You will be part of a mission-driven team that makes a significant impact on children and families, working collaboratively with experienced OTs, PTs, SLPs, and support staff.
Requirements
- PTA degree from an accredited program
- Oklahoma PTA license or eligibility to obtain
- New grads and upcoming board exam candidates welcome
- Passion for working with children and families
- Mission-driven approach to care

Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
- Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence.
- Document services in our easy-to-use EMR.
- Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care.
