About The Position
We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist who brings energy, empathy, and a growth mindset to every therapy session. At The SpOT Clinic, you will help children build skills for life. New grads are welcome and will receive real support, including mentorship from experienced pediatric PTs, guidance through their early caseload, and a team that wants them to succeed. This is a full-time position with guaranteed hourly pay for the full shift. The role offers a sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth as the company expands.
Requirements
- Licensed PT in Alabama (or in the process of obtaining)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric PT
- Passion for working with kids and making a real impact
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
