About The Position
Oaklin Lane is hiring a full-time pediatric Physical Therapist at our Lake Highlands clinic in Dallas, Texas. This role is for a clinician who wants a full caseload of kids they see week after week, and gets paid for every session and evaluation they deliver. Requirements
- Current Texas licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing
- Pediatric experience across gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, and mobility
- Comfort using EMR systems and keeping documentation accurate and timely
- A team-first mindset aligned with Oaklin Lane’s values

Responsibilities
- Carry a full-time caseload of kids you see consistently, week after week
- Complete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and share findings with families in plain language
- Provide one-on-one, play-based 45-minute physical therapy sessions for kids from infancy through adolescence
- Deliver evidence-based treatment across gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, and mobility
- Build treatment plans and goals that meet each kid where they are
- Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates
- Coordinate care with SLP and OT so every kid gets one connected plan
- Create a play-based environment where kids are treated like kids first
