About The Position
Oaklin Lane is hiring a full-time pediatric Occupational Therapist at our Lake Highlands clinic in Dallas, Texas. This role is for a clinician who wants a full caseload of kids they see week after week, and gets paid for every session and evaluation they deliver. Oaklin Lane is a growing network of purpose-built clinics providing compassionate, expert care to kids from infancy through adolescence. We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.
Requirements
- Current Texas licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in good standing
- Pediatric experience across fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills
- Comfort using EMR systems and keeping documentation accurate and timely

Responsibilities
- Carry a full-time caseload of kids you see consistently, week after week
- Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and share findings with families in plain language
- Provide one-on-one, play-based 45-minute occupational therapy sessions for kids from infancy through adolescence
- Deliver evidence-based treatment across fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills
- Build treatment plans and goals that meet each kid where they are
- Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates
- Coordinate care with SLP and PT so every kid gets one connected plan
- Create a play-based environment where kids are treated like kids first
