About The Position

Child & Family Development (C&FD) is seeking Physical Therapists at all experience levels to join their award-winning pediatric outpatient practice serving children and families throughout the Charlotte region. The practice has been a trusted provider of pediatric therapy services for over 45 years and is recognized for exceptional care and a clinician-focused culture. C&FD offers an environment for both new graduates seeking structured mentorship and experienced clinicians seeking autonomy, collaboration, and long-term career growth. The Physical Therapist will provide pediatric evaluations and treatment services to help children achieve their highest level of function and participation, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, family-centered care.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional pediatric care
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
