About The Position
A post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing organization providing therapy services to adult and geriatric populations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or license eligible
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented rehabilitation environment
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on therapeutic goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes
