About The Position
Child & Family Development (C&FD) is seeking Physical Therapists, welcoming both new graduates and experienced professionals, to join our established pediatric outpatient practice in the Charlotte area. For over 45 years, C&FD has been a trusted provider of pediatric therapy services and is the longest-standing private outpatient pediatric therapy practice in the region. We are recognized as Charlotte’s Best and Best of North Carolina winners for Children’s and Adolescent's Therapy Practices, highlighting our dedication to high-quality care and a clinician-first culture. We offer a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment with a structured mentorship program for new graduates and those new to pediatrics, as well as advanced practice opportunities for experienced clinicians. Requirements
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license in good standing.
- Valid driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric physical therapy evaluations and treatment services.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care model.
- Deliver family-centered, developmentally appropriate therapy.
- Maintain services during standard business hours only.
