About The Position

AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for our orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who wants direct mentorship, strong clinical development, and the opportunity to grow in a performance-focused practice. We offer a patient-first model with 1-hour evaluations and a maximum of two patients per hour, focusing on sports and orthopedic care with an emphasis on return-to-sport, ACL rehab, and performance-based rehab. We utilize advanced tools like VALD ForceDecks and VALD HHD, and provide AI scribe documentation support to reduce charting time. This position includes direct mentorship with the clinic owner, structured onboarding, and opportunities for growth within a modern, performance-focused clinic.

Requirements

• Virginia PT license (required)
• BLS/CPR (required)
• New grads with strong outpatient orthopedic affiliations are encouraged to apply

Nice To Haves

• Dry Needling preferred (not required — training available)

• Treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients with evidence-based care
• Build strong patient relationships and deliver a great experience
