About The Position

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Be a big kid at heart.

Nice To Haves

Experience in outpatient pediatric therapy.
Interest in occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to pediatric patients.
Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions to facilitate carryover of skills and home exercises.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
Provide physical therapy services to children from birth to age twenty-one.

Become a certified clinical instructor and mentor students (for experienced teammates).
