Requirements

Physical Therapist with current Kentucky PT licensure and graduation from an accredited APTA program for Physical Therapy OR Physical Therapist Assistant with current Kentucky PTA certification and graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
For the PTA role, a minimum of two years experience as a certified PTA
Hold a current CPR and First Aid certification

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience preferred (for PTA role)
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Work with children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses, evaluating and treating as an PT or carrying out the plan of care under a supervising PT as a PTA
Collaborate on a multidisciplinary team
Take pride in your caseload and want to see both your patients and your team grow
Communicate clearly with your team, with families, and in your documentation
Coach parents through home carryover programs
Experience with, or interest in learning, telehealth
