Shriners Children’s Las Vegas is seeking a full-time Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to join their expanding multidisciplinary team. This role supports the growth of a premier regional center for comprehensive pediatric musculoskeletal care. The surgeon will provide advanced surgical and non-surgical treatment for a wide range of pediatric orthopedic conditions, including limb deformities, hip disorders, trauma, sports injuries, and neuromuscular conditions. Experience with complex reconstructive procedures and a commitment to collaborative, family-centered care are highly valued. The position is supported by a growing multidisciplinary team, robust APP support, and strong institutional commitment to program development. Call responsibilities are designed to support work-life balance and program growth, with call being optional and compensated separately until 2030. It is anticipated that call will transition to a required schedule of no more than 1 in 5 days with the opening of Intermountain’s dedicated children’s hospital. The position includes meaningful academic engagement with opportunities for faculty appointment through UNLV and active involvement in resident and fellow education. The surgeon will work closely with UNLV orthopedic residents, an Air Force Orthopedic PA Fellow, and potentially an additional Valley Hospital resident. This is an outstanding opportunity for surgeons at any career stage, including recent fellowship graduates, to join a mission-driven organization with strong institutional support, a robust referral base, and the ability to make a lasting impact on children and families across the region.
