About The Position
Peak Potential Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for its Northfield office. The role involves partnering with families and fellow clinicians to provide individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy care to children with developmental delays, autism, and related needs. The therapist will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and ABA professionals. Requirements
- Current Ohio Occupational Therapy license.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and provide occupational therapy services for children with developmental delays, autism, and related needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to support each child's progress.
- Maintain timely documentation and clinical records.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.
