About The Position

Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide care to children from birth through age 21. The role involves individualized, one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can apply learned skills and home exercises in the child’s daily life. The clinician works within a dedicated pediatric team and has opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, autonomy, and professional growth aligned with their interests and expertise.

The role supports Ivy Health’s physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. Clinicians have access to resources and mentorship, and may use ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool intended to reduce documentation time. The position is eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus or student loan repayment.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy to pediatric patients from birth through age 21.
• Deliver individualized, one-to-one care and develop customized plans of care.
• Encourage parents and caregivers to participate in sessions and carry skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates to support patient care and outcomes.
