Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Current Indiana OT license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills.
Passion for working with children and families.
Availability for afternoon and evening hours.

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, and functional needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support independence and participation in daily activities.
Use creative, play-based therapy techniques to engage children and promote skill development.
Educate families and caregivers to support carryover of skills outside the clinic.
Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, high-quality care.
