About The Position

Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric occupational therapist in Indiana to provide care to children from birth to age 21. The role involves individualized, one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to help carry skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.

The therapist works within a multidisciplinary pediatric team that provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Clinicians use ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, to reduce documentation time and spend more time with patients.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy to pediatric patients from birth to age 21.
• Deliver individualized, one-to-one care and develop customized plans of care.
• Encourage parents and caregivers to participate in sessions and carry skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services.
• Provide exceptional care focused on patient outcomes and quality of care.
