About The Position

Cole Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to a diverse pediatric patient population. The role offers flexible scheduling, with options including five 8-hour days, four 10-hour days, or three 10–12-hour days. Total compensation potential is $70,000–$85,000 per year, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Therapists have a manageable productivity expectation of 26 direct patient-care hours in a 40-hour workweek and access to cross-discipline mentorship, clinical specialty training, and opportunities for career growth and leadership development.

Requirements

Texas state license in Occupational Therapy.
Master’s or doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy, unless transitioned into accreditation with a bachelor’s degree.
