Part or Full Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist
About The Position
Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric occupational therapist to join its dedicated team in Zion Crossroads, Virginia. The role serves children from birth through age 21, providing individualized, one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into children’s daily lives. Clinicians work in a multidisciplinary setting with opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, autonomy, and professional growth. The team provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services, with a focus on exceptional patient care and outcomes. Full-time work is defined as 30 or more hours per week and qualifies for salary and benefits. The listed compensation range is $40–$55 per hour, with eligibility for a bonus.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient occupational therapy to pediatric patients from birth through age 21.
- Deliver individualized, one-to-one care and develop customized plans of care.
- Encourage parents and caregivers to participate in sessions and apply skills and home exercises in children’s daily lives.
