Pediatric Occupational Therapist
About The Position
Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric occupational therapist in Minnesota to provide care to children from birth through age 21. The role involves individualized, one-to-one treatment and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can reinforce skills and home exercises in the child’s daily life. The clinician works within a dedicated pediatric team and collaborates across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Ivy Health describes a supportive environment with multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, clinician autonomy, and opportunities for growth. Clinicians have access to resources including ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool intended to reduce documentation time.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient occupational therapy to pediatric patients from birth through age 21.
- Deliver individualized, one-to-one care and develop customized plans of care.
- Encourage parents and caregivers to participate in sessions and carry skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates to support patient care and outcomes.
- Provide exceptional care and work toward quality patient outcomes.
