About The Position
Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric occupational therapist in Michigan to work with children from birth through age 21. The clinician provides individualized, one-to-one care and customized plans, with parents and caregivers encouraged to attend sessions and support the transfer of skills and home exercises into daily life. The role is part of a dedicated pediatric team offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state.

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient occupational therapy to pediatric patients from birth through age 21.
- Deliver individualized, one-to-one attention and develop customized plans of care.
- Encourage parents and caregivers to participate in sessions and carry skills and home exercises into the child's daily life.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates to support patient care and outcomes.
