Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or equivalent educ/experience
Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need. Or equivalent educ/experience
