About The Position

Ivy Health is seeking a pediatric occupational therapist for a 30-hour-per-week position split between outpatient clinic care and Early Intervention (EI) in Pennsylvania. The clinician will work with children from birth through age 21, providing individualized, one-to-one care and customized plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate in sessions so they can support their child’s skills and home exercises in daily life. The role offers multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, clinical resources, and autonomy for professional growth. Ivy Health’s pediatric team provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. Clinicians use ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, to reduce documentation time and keep notes at work. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Hold or be pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania.
Demonstrate dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized, one-to-one occupational therapy care to pediatric patients from birth through age 21.
Develop customized plans of care to meet each child’s needs.
Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions and carry skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates and participate in mentorship and continuous learning.
Document patient care using ScribeIQ and keep notes at work.
