About The Position

Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults. Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy; augmentative and alternative communication; mental health counseling, applied behavior analysis, and early intervention services. This role offers a dynamic caseload, combining outpatient services at our clinic with in-house occupational therapy services at partnered ABA centers throughout the city. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you’ll support children with a wide range of needs—including medically complex, developmental, and behavioral challenges—helping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.

Requirements

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active North Dakota and/or Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date)
Passion for working with children and families

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services in outpatient clinic settings and within partnered ABA centers
Travel locally to ABA clinics to deliver in-house OT services as well as within the traditional outpatient clinic setting.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families on effective use
Complete timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries)
Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team
