About The Position

Arbor Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our Chandler clinic team! In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy services that help clients build independence and reach important developmental milestones. Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Active occupational therapist license through the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (LVP) or ability to obtain clearance
  • Experience or interest in early intervention and developmental disabilities
  • Passion for professional growth and continuing education
  • Positive and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred
  • Experience with AAC is a plus
  • Bilingualism is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, and activities of daily living
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support optimal outcomes
  • Engage parents and caregivers by providing education and strategies for home support
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech-language and physical therapists
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation of services
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to students or assistants when applicable
