About The Position
Rehab Resources is thrilled to offer an Occupational Therapist (OTR) opportunity at our growing pediatric clinics in West Bend and Mequon, WI. This full-time position focuses on delivering engaging, play-based therapy to help children achieve developmental, sensory, and functional milestones. The outpatient clinic operates Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, emphasizing work-life balance and meaningful clinical work. You will join a warm, supportive, child-centered team where your clinical expertise is valued, and you will collaborate closely with families, providers, and educators to build individualized treatment plans.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments of children’s physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
- Develop and deliver customized therapy plans addressing sensory processing, fine motor development, and self-care skills
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and team members to ensure consistent, coordinated care
- Provide parent education and home-based strategies to support continued progress
- Recommend adaptive tools or techniques to enhance daily function and participation
- Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with pediatric therapy standards
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary care planning
