About The Position
Bluegrass Pediatric Therapies is seeking an exceptional pediatric Occupational Therapist to join their experienced, collaborative team serving children and families at their private outpatient clinics in Richmond and Winchester, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will be evidence-based, family-centered, eager to grow, and excited to work alongside supportive professionals. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experienced clinicians will receive compensation that recognizes their expertise. BPT is a therapist-owned, family-run practice that offers a supportive environment with a dedicated administrative team to handle scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks, allowing therapists to focus on patient care.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Kentucky occupational therapy license
- Current NBCOT certification

Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate pediatric patients
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy
- Create treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Help children and families work toward meaningful goals
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
