About The Position
Help children build the skills they need to succeed while enjoying the flexibility of home-based care. PYG Therapy is hiring Occupational Therapists to provide pediatric therapy services throughout Arizona. Requirements
- Active Arizona OT license
- CPR certification
- AHCCCS ID
- Article 9 certification
- Driver's license
- Dependable transportation
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services in the home environment
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
- Complete timely electronic documentation
- Educate caregivers on strategies that encourage continued progress
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Optional opportunity to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
