About The Position

T & K Pediatric Services is expanding its pediatric therapy team in Jamestown, North Dakota, and is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist. The role focuses on helping children develop essential skills for success at home, school, and in their communities. Therapists work closely with professionals in speech therapy, physical therapy, early intervention, and behavioral health to deliver comprehensive, individualized services.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current North Dakota Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered care
Passion for helping children achieve meaningful developmental goals

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience is preferred; mentorship and support are available for motivated new graduates and therapists transitioning into pediatrics

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and assessments for pediatric clients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's goals and needs
Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, coordination, and functional independence
Partner with parents and caregivers to provide education and strategies that support progress outside of therapy sessions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and maximize outcomes
Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as needed
Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive therapy experience for children and families
