About The Position

Premier Pediatric Therapy Source (PPTS) is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for its growing multidisciplinary team in Northern Virginia. The therapist will evaluate and treat children from birth through age 18 with developmental, sensory, motor, feeding, self-care, and functional needs. The role offers full-time or part-time clinic-based outpatient work, with sustainable caseloads, protected documentation and planning time, large pediatric therapy gyms, and front-office and administrative support. Therapists have autonomy to use clinical judgment, tailor creative treatment sessions to children’s needs and interests, and contribute to new programs and clinic initiatives. PPTS also offers structured mentorship and onboarding, along with a developing internal leadership pathway for clinicians interested in mentorship, program development, or team leadership.

Requirements

Current Virginia occupational therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care.
Creative, collaborative, and growth-minded approach.

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
Provide evidence-based, child-centered interventions.
Create engaging, individualized treatment sessions.
Educate and coach parents and caregivers.
Complete documentation during protected administrative time.
Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, families, physicians, educators, and community providers.
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination.
Contribute to program development and other clinic initiatives.
