Pediatric Occupational Therapist
About The Position
Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric occupational therapist to join its dedicated pediatric team in Midlothian, Virginia. The role serves children from birth through age 21, providing individualized, one-to-one care and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to support the use of skills and home exercises in children's daily lives. The clinician works in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting alongside physical therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis teams, with access to mentorship and professional resources while maintaining autonomy and opportunities for growth. The compensation range is $69,260–$103,890 per year, with eligibility for a bonus. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
