About The Position

Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric occupational therapist to join its dedicated pediatric team in West End, Virginia. The role provides care to children from birth through age 21, with individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can incorporate skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life. Clinicians collaborate across disciplines and have access to mentorship while maintaining autonomy and opportunities to grow in line with their interests and expertise. The team provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. The position offers access to clinical resources, mentorship, career advice, and ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool intended to reduce documentation time. The stated base compensation range is $69,260–$103,890 per year, and the position is also eligible for a bonus.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient occupational therapy to pediatric patients from birth to age 21.
