Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
• Master’s or Doctorate in OT required (unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)
• Passionate about improving children’s lives
• Growth-minded, adaptable, and excited to innovate in healthcare

• Pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

• On-site collaboration with OT, PT, and Speech Therapy
• Utilize Clinical Competency Specialist for specialty-specific training
• Expand clinical expertise through a diverse pediatric caseload
• Participate in international and local therapeutic mission opportunities
