About The Position

Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric Occupational Therapist in Michigan to provide care for children from birth through age twenty-one. The role delivers individualized, one-to-one attention and customized plans of care, with parents and caregivers encouraged to participate so they can support skills and home exercises in children’s daily lives. The therapist joins a multidisciplinary pediatric team providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Hold current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state.
Demonstrate dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient occupational therapy to pediatric patients from birth through age twenty-one.
Deliver individualized, one-to-one care and create customized plans of care.
Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions and carry skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates to support patient care and outcomes.
Maintain clinical documentation, with access to the ScribeIQ AI documentation tool.
