About The Position

Cole Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide meaningful care for children in a flexible, collaborative team environment. The role offers mentorship from experienced clinicians, paperwork blocks, continuing education support, and opportunities for professional growth into mentorship, leadership, or program development. Flexible schedule options include five 8-hour days, four 10-hour days, or three 10–12-hour days. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, as well as remote opportunities through a separate remote application. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 annually depending on experience, with performance-based bonuses of up to $2,000 annually and a $500 annual stipend. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered, with loan payment assistance available as an alternative.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington.
• A master’s or doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required, unless grandfathered under the bachelor’s accreditation transition.
• Pediatric experience is preferred; one or more years is noted.
