About The Position

Pediatric Therapy Services is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for its new 8,000-square-foot outpatient clinic in Salem, Oregon. The modern, clean facility features natural lighting, designated sensory rooms, and resources for multidisciplinary occupational, speech, and physical therapy. Clinic amenities include a 1,200-square-foot occupational therapy gym with specialized equipment, outdoor play and swing gyms, sensory and treatment rooms, a feeding and messy-play kitchen, charting and conference areas, a staff kitchen and breakroom, rock walls, a baby room, and spacious waiting areas. The therapist evaluates, reassesses, and treats children from birth through age 18 with a variety of diagnoses. The clinic uses a team-oriented approach focused on the whole child and supporting families. The ideal candidate has strong leadership qualities and wants to contribute to a collaborative team serving children and families in the community. The position is based in an outpatient clinic and offers a flexible Monday-to-Friday schedule of 24–40 hours per week. The role requires availability for afternoon or early-evening hours.

Requirements

Oregon-licensed Occupational Therapist.
Experience working with the pediatric population.
Ability to work afternoon or early-evening hours.
Strong leadership qualities and a desire to contribute to a team.
