About The Position

Great Strides Rehab, a H2 Health company, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric outpatient team in Riverview, Florida. At Great Strides, you'll work alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Music Therapists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts in a multidisciplinary pediatric environment. Our clinicians focus on delivering individualized, evidence-based care to children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, autism spectrum disorder, and other pediatric diagnoses while partnering closely with families to help every child reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
  • Current state Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Commitment to compassionate, family-centered care.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in an outpatient occupational therapy setting.
  • Help children improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care abilities, and participation in daily activities.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child's unique goals.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support progress across home, school, and community environments.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain timely documentation.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
  • Manage a typical full-time outpatient caseload averaging approximately 10-12 patient visits per day.
