About The Position

T&K Pediatric Services is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join its multidisciplinary pediatric team in Jamestown. The role involves working with children and families to develop practical skills that support participation at home, school, and in the community. The position offers therapist-directed scheduling, a four-day workweek, and mentorship and support for clinicians interested in pediatric practice, including those transitioning into the pediatric setting. The therapist will have opportunities to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and other pediatric professionals.

Requirements

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current North Dakota OT license or ability to obtain one.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
Organized, dependable, and committed to quality care.
Genuine interest in working with children and families.

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Complete occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.
Address fine motor development, sensory regulation, coordination, self-care, and functional skills.
Provide engaging, play-based therapy appropriate to each child's age and abilities.
Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
Coordinate care with speech therapy, physical therapy, Early Intervention, and other care-team members.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
