About The Position

THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join its Austin Division, primarily serving the Temple/Belton area, with the possibility of extending visits into Salado/Jarrell to support a full-time caseload. The role provides individualized, family-centered occupational therapy to children in their homes, helping them participate more independently in everyday activities such as play, self-care, fine motor tasks, and daily routines. The therapist also equips families with strategies to support each child beyond therapy sessions. The position offers a diverse clinical experience with families from a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds, including bilingual and Spanish-speaking households. Team resources and support are available to help clinicians navigate these interactions and provide culturally responsive care. The organization emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, clinical skill development, and continuing professional development. Interested therapists may also pursue a structured, apprenticeship-style Clinical Feeding Mentorship Pathway, with training and support adapted to their experience and patient complexity.
