About The Position
MTS Kids is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new clinic in Spartanburg, SC! We are a passionate, multidisciplinary team providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and ABA Therapy to help children thrive in every area of their lives. We are currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where your expertise will directly impact the lives of children and their families.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in South Carolina
- Experience in pediatrics required
- Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative care model
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans for children with a variety of developmental needs
- Collaborate with speech therapists, behavior analysts, and families to support each child’s individualized goals
- Document progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Engage families in the therapeutic process and provide caregiver education
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
