About The Position

Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy is a growing, clinician-owned practice seeking Occupational Therapists (OT) or Physical Therapists (PT) to join their interdisciplinary team. They are looking for individuals who are tired of high-productivity settings and want a role focused on patient care, caregiver coaching, and meaningful collaboration. The practice emphasizes ethical care, clinician judgment, and a supportive team environment. They offer W-2 employment with hourly pay that accounts for direct care, caregiver coaching, documentation, collaboration, team meetings, cancellations, and administrative time, differentiating from clinics that only pay for direct treatment time. The owner is a pediatric SLP with extensive leadership experience who actively advocates for patients and therapists.

Requirements

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT)
• Pediatric experience preferred (new grads considered with exceptional values + coachability)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric OT/PT services aligned with a child-led, relationship-based approach
• Coach caregivers with practical, empowering strategies
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to support whole-child outcomes
• Document with integrity (with time built into your schedule)
