About The Position
Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) to join their clinician-owned, interdisciplinary team. This role offers flexibility with either part-time afternoon hours (2-6 pm) or full-time (40 hours/week). The clinic emphasizes ethical care, providing hourly W-2 employment that compensates for direct care, caregiver coaching, documentation, collaboration, team meetings, cancellations, and administrative time, differentiating it from per-visit pay models. The practice is located in Pooler, Georgia, serving the greater Savannah area, and offers a supportive environment for clinicians focused on quality care and professional growth.
Requirements
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT)
- Pediatric experience preferred (new grads considered with exceptional values + coachability)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-first mindset

Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric OT/PT services aligned with a child-led, relationship-based approach
- Coach caregivers with practical, empowering strategies
