About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) across Colorado to provide in-home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping children build independence, improve daily functioning, and reach their full potential—all while growing personally and professionally within a supportive, mission-driven team. Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted OT or COTA license (Colorado)
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or OTA program
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must submit a resume to be considered for this position

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
  • Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
  • Implement treatment plans under supervision (COTAs)
  • Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
  • Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Document care in an electronic medical record system
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
