Primary Healthcare Centers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our growing team. Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Board Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC) or Family Nurse Practitioner with strong pediatric experience.
- Current licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of pediatric primary care experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, including well-child visits, developmental screenings, and preventive care.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory testing.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists when needed.
- Educate patients and families on growth, development, nutrition, disease prevention, and overall wellness.
- Prescribe medications, immunizations, and treatments within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Support Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
