About The Position
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dynamic Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join their collaborative newborn nursery team in Tacoma, Washington. This role focuses exclusively on well newborns, in collaboration with a Neonatologist group, at Tacoma General Hospital, the largest hospital serving Southwest Washington with approximately 4000 deliveries annually. The position offers exceptional work-life balance with 9-hour shifts that can be clustered for greater flexibility and extended time off, and there is no call responsibility. The team is fully supported by an experienced 9-physician staff.
Requirements
- Minimum of a master’s degree

Responsibilities
- Provide coverage at Tacoma General Hospital
- Work alongside experienced Neonatologists and NNPs with in-house coverage
- Focus exclusively on well-baby nursery care
- No outpatient responsibilities
