About The Position

Requirements

• Valid Texas RN/LVN license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship through careful planning, organization, coordination, and regular review of nursing training and support services, aiming for excellence in patient care.
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of nursing training methods and practices, ensuring high-quality care outcomes.
