About The Position

The Children's Hospital of Michigan, a leading pediatric care institution since 1886, seeks a Pediatric Neurology Physician to join its nationally ranked and academically robust neurology division. This is an opportunity to join an 11-physician team that includes specialists in epilepsy, clinical neuropsychology, and genetics, all collaborating within a Level IV Epilepsy Center and Level 1 Trauma Center. Faculty are eligible for academic appointments at Central Michigan University College of Medicine, with access to significant research funding and a strong research culture. This position offers a blend of exceptional clinical care and meaningful academic contribution.

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Neurology
Subspecialty fellowship training in Epilepsy or Movement Disorders
Commitment to teaching medical students, residents, and fellows
Eligible to obtain Michigan medical licensure

Responsibilities

Outpatient clinical responsibilities with academic protected time
Shared call with Pediatric Neurology and Adult Neurology residents (approximately every 4–8 weeks)
Teaching medical students, residents, and fellows
Engaging in subspecialty clinic work within a multidisciplinary team model
Contributing to research and scholarly activity
